Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused products within 48 hours of delivery.

A flat return shipping fee of USD $10 and a 20% restocking fee per product, calculated on the product cost, will apply to all returns.

You can initiate a return through your order status page.

Refunds will only be issued for products that are unused and returned in their original condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used items. If a returned product shows signs of use upon inspection, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at team@boond.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Damage, defects, or incorrect items reported more than 48 hours after delivery will not be eligible for review.
