All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, Boond does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at team@boond.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Damages reported after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
